10 Learning Experience Design Essentials

Existing adult learning frameworks left gaps — particularly around nervous system regulation, universal accessibility, and sustained community support. I built my own: 10 Essentials that guide every design decision I make. This interactive artifact walks through each one.
We See Us Learner Experience Demo

This is the 10 Essentials in action. We See Us is a comprehensive 2+ year organizational change management system. It’s available for exploration in its entirety within the Resource Management Systems portion of this portfolio but many of its components are showcased here and under other subsections of this site. One such component, the WSU Admin Demo, previews the We See Us learning experience for district decision-makers — and doubles as a meta-experience for fellow designers through the embedded design choice callouts.
Allyship in the Workplace

Although I came across a rough template of this Articulate Rise elearning, I wrote most of the content and overhauled the design layout to improve organizational clarity. I included it in both the We See Us Project Portfolio and in my larger professional portfolio because it outlines how I relate to teammates navigating complex power dynamics in the workplace. I’m including it here because it was designed in Articulate Rise.
